I have a hard time with short replys by the net. Body and mind are one. No seperation. No self or other. As for the spirit…I see that a little differently. But who is to say? We must all check it out for ouselves.

Your blog is very worth while and interesting. You are a real thinker. Now, with your skills, please move on to a book.

Perhaps there are no answers – or if there are, they would be different for each of us. Reality is informed by our individual experiences and more importantly by our beliefs. By examining beliefs and questioning perceptions, the seeker stands to develop greater awareness of body and mind. But if body, mind, and spirit are ONE, how can we ‘let go’ of two of the three indivisible parts?

Although seeking answers to life’s questions needs to be done, does anyone have a real answer to any of this? Letting go of body and mind, realizing that there is nothing to grasp or hang on too or rely on may be the way. Nothing is permanent, nothing is left out.

The book was published last year by William Patrick Patterson. He shows how the source of Castaneda’s ideas was actually G.I. Gurdjieff’s teaching of the Fourth Way.
